2010 ‚Alegría’ – 3200km Humanitarian solo-bicycle expedition across the Nepalese and Indian Himalaya for leprosy

2001 - 2002 Bike for Help – Solo bike expedition from India to Switzerland over 9300km for leprosy-sufferers. Worldwide press coverage and two documentary movies about the project (for more details click here).

1998 Run for Help a 270km solo fundraising ultrathon across the Alps in 4.5 days for homeless children in Romania
